Who I am
Nyxlane Studio is a freelance web design and development practice based in Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, Philippines. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.
What this site collects
When you send the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, project type, budget and message. I use them only to reply to you and to prepare a quote. I do not sell or share them for marketing.
Form messages are delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Web3Forms processes the message only to deliver it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It remembers, in your browser only, whether you have already seen the opening animation during this visit. That value is cleared when you close the browser.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers to download them. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs to run and protect the service.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project, and for basic record keeping afterwards. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you.
